Our mission is to honor God in serving our community with grace and kindness, as we would hope to be served ourselves. We value whole, unprocessed food and aim to bring real dairy back into the home.

Colossians 3:17

And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

Our story

We, the owners, Michael and Laura Headings, are third generation farmers on our 40 acre farmstead. We have 6 children, ages 1-17 years old, including a set of twin boys! Our dairy journey began 5 years ago with a family milk cow that produced more milk than our family could use, thus we began selling our excess milk to friends and neighbors. We quickly discovered there is a real need for fresh, raw, affordable dairy in our community. So we added another cow…..and another… and…well, you get the picture. We’ve had a few setbacks, due to unforeseen circumstances and life happenings but our dream has never died. So here we are in 2026 building a brand new creamery complete with a milk processing room and store front. It will be opening for business very soon! We are so excited to serve our community with the same healthy, high quality dairy products we feed to our own growing family.

All About The Farm

Our cows are Guernsey, Dutch Belted and miniature Jersey. We are in the process of testing them to make sure they are all producing A2 milk proteins. While we are not a certified organic farm, we care deeply about our cows, our land, and foremost- the health of our family and amazing customers. The decisions we make are all made through that lens. We believe animals and humans thrive the most when they are in nature consuming what the Lord created them to consume. Therefore, our cows are out on pasture and in the sunshine everyday of the year. That not only benefits their wellbeing, but also ensures their milk has the nutrition our bodies need to thrive. We feed enough sweet feed and supplements to keep them healthy, and happy during milking but the majority of their diets consist of pasture and/or hay. Our understanding of what and how much to supplement is ever evolving as we learn and grow in our understanding of the soil and climate. Those elements affect the nutritional profile of our pastures which in turn affects the health of our animals. We do not use hormones nor vaccines and only use antibiotics to save a life when needed. We withhold the milk in that case ensuring no milk containing antibiotics is being bottled or sold.
